NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will provide mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, and EASTERN SECTIONS of LUZON. Fresh to strong breeze of 35 to 50 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky to both small and medium-sized sea vessels.
NORTHEASTERLIES will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to at times light scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over BICOL REGION, EASTERN VISAYAS, and NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
