NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) is affecting EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON & NORTHERN LUZON bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies with occasional light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms. Fresh breeze to Near-gale (30-55 kph) force winds will blow, making the seas Rough to High (2.0 to 5.5 meters) and dangerous to all types of sea vessels to navigate on.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
