EASTERLIES (EASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EASTERN LUZON; SOUTHERN QUEZON; ROMBLON; MARINDUQUE; ORIENTAL MINDORO; BICOL REGION; & NORTHERN & EASTERN VISAYAS.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
