NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, and EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN QUEZON, ROMBLON, BICOL REGION, PALAWAN, KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP, and CENTRAL and WESTERN VISAYAS. Fresh breeze to strong breeze of 35 to 50 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
WEAK LPA will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EASTERN VISAYAS and NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
