The Northeast Monsoon is continuously providing cool and partly to mostly cloudy conditions with drizzles to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Extreme Northern and Eastern Luzon and Bicol Region. Fresh to Strong breeze of 30 to 45 kph with significant wave heights of 2.0 to 3.5 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail along Extreme Northern Luzon making the seaboards of the mentioned area risky to small-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, the Northeasterlies (Northeasterly Trade Winds) will continue to bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with drizzles to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
The rest of the Philippines will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or late evening hours.
