NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) slows down temporarily for now as the warm EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADE WIND) takes hold bringing partly cloudy conditions, cooler temperatures with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers and possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON, NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON where Moderate to Strong breeze (22-40 kph) will blow, making the seas moderate to rough (1.5 to 4.0 meters) and dangerous to small and medium-sized sea vessels.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy conditions with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
