Strong surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) is bringing partly cloudy conditions, cooler temperatures with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers and possible thunderstorms across NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). Fresh breeze to near-gale winds (30-55 kph) will blow, making the seas moderate to very rough (2.0 to 4.5 meters) and dangerous to small and medium-sized sea vessels.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy conditions with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
