Cold surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) is blowing in quite strongly, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, cooler conditions with passing occasional to widespread light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES & BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, EASTERN, CENTRAL & WESTERN LUZON, including the BICOL REGION. Fresh breeze to Gale-Force Winds of 35 to 70 km/hr, making the seas moderate to very rough (high seas) [2.0 to 7.0 meters] and dangerous to all types of sea vessels.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will bring moderate to fresh breeze with partly to mostly cloudy skies, passing isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA and VISAYAS, including NORTHERN, EASTERN, WESTERN & SOUTHERN MINDANAO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to partly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in places.
