Another SURFACE TROUGH will provide mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over PALAWAN and WESTERN SECTIONS OF MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
