TROUGH associated with TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 93W will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with scattered  to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across SOUTHERN LUZON including METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, and NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
