WIND CONVERGENCE persisting along the BICOL REGION, SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON including METRO MANILA, MINDORO, AND MARINDUQUE. Partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected along these areas.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have sunny to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
