EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON will experience mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to WIND CONVERGENCE.

Meanwhile, the TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 93W was located 1573 km ENE of Davao Oriental (11.1 N 140.1 E) as of 09:30 AM. It will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with widespread rain showers and thunderstorms over Western Micronesia, Republic of Palau, and Mariana Islands.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have generally fair and partly to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
