The LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) [EX-TROPICAL DEPRESSION 02W (CRISING)] is located 384 km W of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro as of 09:00 AM today. It will continue to affect the MINDORO PROVINCES, NORTHERNMOST PALAWAN, and WESTERN CENTRAL LUZON by providing partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have generally fair and partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
