WARM EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) is bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON, NCR, MIMAROPA, BICOL & VISAYAS REGION.

Meanwhile, the TROUGH of TROPICAL DISTURBANCE 99W (LPA) is upon NORTHERN & EASTERN MINDANAO, bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies with occasional light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.
