WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 1pm December 09 until 1pm December 10, 2017

SURGE of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) conditions, cooler temperatures with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers or possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN-NORTHERN-EASTERN LUZON, CALABARZON, METRO MANILA, ORIENTAL MINDORO, and KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). Fresh breeze to near-gale winds (30-55 kph) will blow, making the seas moderate to very rough (2.0 to 5.5 meters) and dangerous to small and medium-sized sea vessels.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to mostly cloudy conditions with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
