TROUGH of WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) {over the West Philippine Sea, outside of PAR} will bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across PALAWAN including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.
