EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Trade Winds) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies with some chances of isolated or scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON, CAGAYAN VALLEY including BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP.

Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will affect CALABARZON, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO. Clear to mostly cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with some chances of isolated or scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected across these areas.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
