THE surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON continues to blow strongly across the country, particularly in exposed coastlines except for Central, Western and Southern sections of Mindanao which should stay relatively warmer than the rest. With this development, much of the exposed sea regions of LUZON, VISAYAS, PALAWAN and NORTHERN MINDANAO will experience blustery wind conditions (35-70 km/hr) with sea swells reaching as high as 2.0 to 7.0 meters with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with occasional rain showers or isolated thunderstorms.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms developing later.
