Warm EASTERLIES (EASTERLY SURFACE TRADE WINDS) is affecting BATANES & BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, OFFSHORE AREAS OF EASTERN LUZON, CALABARZON, METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, OFFSHORE AREAS OF EASTERN AND NORTHERN MINDANAO. Clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected along these areas.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
