NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will continue to bring windy conditions with partly cloudy to cloudy skies, cooler conditions and occasional drizzles, light to at times moderate rain showers across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.
NORTHEASTERLIES/NORTHERLIES (Northeasterly or Northerly Surface Windflow) will bring clear to cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with isolated to scattered rain showers or possible thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN QUEZON, AND BICOL REGION.
Meanwhile, at 2:00 PM today, TROPICAL DEPRESSION PERLA (21W) has slightly intensified while remaining over the North Philippine Sea and was located about 773 km East of Santa Ana, Cagayan. With maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center, and was moving NW @ 13 kph. This TD is still far to directly affect any part of the country through the next 24 to 48 hours.
WIND CONVERGENCE will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across PALAWAN, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND MINDANAO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will remain clear to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
