Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies, cooler conditions with passing light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms across MOST PARTS OF LUZON including METROPOLITAN MANILA, BICOL REGION, MINDORO, MARINDUQUE, ROMBLON, AND BICOL REGION. Winds will be fresh to gale-force of 35 to 65 kph, making the seas moderate to very rough/high seas (2.0 to 7.5 meters) and is treacherous for all types of sea vessels to navigate on.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE TRADE WINDS/WEAK AMIHAN) will affect THE REST OF VISAYAS, PALAWAN, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, NORTHERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO. While, the TAIL-END OF COLD FRONT will affect EASTERN VISAYAS. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze, with passing isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms will be expected along these areas.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
