NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with passing isolated to scattered rain showers and possible thunderstorms across EASTERN, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.
Meanwhile, a TAIL-END OF COLD FRONT will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, slightly cooler conditions with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across the MOST PARTS OF MINDANAO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to mostly cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
