Warm EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) affecting the EASTERN AND CENTRAL SECTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON,  BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, CALABARZON, METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, REST OF MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, NORTHERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO. Mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms will be expected across these areas.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH will affect SOUTHERN MINDANAO AND OFFSHORE BANGSAMORO, where mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear skies with partly cloudy and some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
