Light to Moderate SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) as enhanced by Tropical Disturbance (LPA) 98W will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across MIMAROPA, WESTERN VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP, WESTERN BICOL, AND ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA. The winds will be fresh to strong breeze (30 to 50 km/hr), making the seas moderate to rough (2 to 4 meters) and risky for small and medium sea vessels.
Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms especially in during the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
