MONSOON TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON including BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP.
SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across the WESTERN SECTIONS OF SOUTHERN LUZON, METRO MANILA, REST OF MIMAROPA, KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG), SULU ARCHIPELAGO, WESTERN VISAYAS, WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINDANAO. The winds will be fresh to strong breeze (30-50 km/hr), with moderate to rough seas (2 to 4 meters) and risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
SOUTHWESTERLIES (Southwesterly Surface Windflow/Weak Habagat) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, breezy with isolated to scattered light rain showers rain showers and thunderstorms across BICOL REGION, SOUTHERN QUEZON, MARINDUQUE, REST OF VISAYAS, AND REST OF MINDANAO.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
*There is no Tropical Disturbance (LPA) or Tropical Cyclone (TC) spotted within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) through the next 24 hours.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
