NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) continues to bring cool and blustery wind conditions, partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers across EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, & EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; VISAYAS; &PALAWAN. The winds will be moderate to near gale force (35 to 60kph), with moderate to very rough seas (2.0 to 5.5 meters) and is dangerous to all types of sea vessels to navigate on.
TROPICAL STORM SANBA (BASYANG) was last seen near 134 km NE of DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL bringing bad weather across the BICOL REGION; SOUTHERN TAGALOG, MIMAROPA; VISAYAS; NORTHERN & WESTERN MINDANAO where mostly cloudy periods and moderate to at times torrential rain showers or thunderstorms can be expected.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly cloudy to overcast skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
