SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across PALAWAN AND THE KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP. Winds of moderate to strong breeze (30 to 45 km/hr) will be expected with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 4.0 meters) will be expected, making it risky and dangerous to small and medium-sized sea vessels.
SOUTHWESTERLIES/SOUTHERLIES (Southerly and Southwesterly Surface Windflows) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies, breezy conditions with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDORO, ROMBLON, WESTERN VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, CALABARZON, METRO MANILA, AND THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF CENTRAL LUZON.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
*There are no Tropical Cyclones spotted within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at this time.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
