NORTHEASTERLIES (WEAK AMIHAN) will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with passing isolated to scattered rain showers or possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
