NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) affecting BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP including the NORTHERN PART OF ILOCOS NORTE. Partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, breezy with passing isolated rain showers will be expected.
EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN QUEZON, BICOL REGION AND EASTERN VISAYAS.
Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH over the Southern part of the West Philippine Sea, will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across SOUTHERN PALAWAN AND KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in during the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
