WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 2pm November 09 until 2pm November 10, 2019

The surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will continue to blow across NORTHERN LUZON including BATANES-BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, wherein partly cloudy to cloudy skies, cooler conditions with occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms can be expected in the mentioned areas. Fresh breeze to Gale-force winds of 35 to 70 km/hr will blow along these areas, making the seas moderate to high sea state, and is dangerous to all types of sea vessels to navigate on.

Meanwhile, the TROUGH OF TYPHOON NAKRI (QUIEL) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across PALAWAN, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LUZON including NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR)…becoming stormy along KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to cloudy skies with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
