WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 2pm November 03 until 2pm November 04, 2019

TROUGH of TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 90W will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and Thunderstorms across MIMAROPA, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LUZON, NCR, BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with cooler conditions and occasional drizzles, light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.  Fresh Breeze to Near-Gale Winds of 35 to 55 km/hr will be expected, making the seas moderate to very rough (2 to 5.5 meters) and dangerous to all kinds of sea vesssels.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
