SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) is being enhanced by TS RUMBIA (outside of PAR) continues to affect THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF CENTRAL, NORTHERN LUZON including BATANES ISLAND GROUP, METROPOLITAN MANILA, CALABARZON; MINDORO, NORTHERN PALAWAN including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). Partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional rain showers and thunderstorms. Fresh breeze to strong breeze (35 to 50 km/hr) will blow, making the seas moderate to rough (2.0 to 4.5 meters) and is deemed dangerous to small and medium sea crafts to navigate on.
Meanwhile, MINDANAO will have mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms associated with WIND CONVERGENCE.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
