NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, fresh breeze with passing scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN, EASTERN, AND SOUTHERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, MARINDUQUE, ROMBLON, AND OCCIDENTAL MINDORO.

SURFACE TROUGH bringing mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated, scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO, SULU ARCHIPELAGO AND PALAWAN.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in during the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
