NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, fresh breeze with isolated to scattered, passing rain showers or thunderstorms across QUEZON, BICOL REGION, LAGUNA, BATANGAS, RIZAL, METRO MANILA, MARINDUQUE, ROMBLON, ORIENTAL MINDORO, and THE VISAYAS.

Meanwhile, EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will continue to bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, breezy, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES and BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms developing later.
