SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) AND A STATIONARY FRONT* will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across ZAMBALES, ILOCOS REGION, SCARBOROUGH (PANATAG) SHOAL, BATANES* & BABUYAN* ISLAND GROUP. Fresh to strong breeze of 30 to 50 km/hr will be felt, making the seas moderate to rough and risky to small and medium-sized sea vessels.
SOUTHWESTERLIES (Southwesterly Surface Windflow/Weak Habagat) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LUZON, METRO MANILA, MIMAROPA, KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG), BICOL REGION, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND WESTERN VISAYAS.
SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO including BANGSAMORO.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
