NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY TRADE WINDS) will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies, breezy with light to at times moderate isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN AND EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION AND EASTERN VISAYAS – becoming more frequent along the eastern coastal areas of the mentioned areas.

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing in places.
