NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring windy conditions with partly cloudy to cloudy skies, cooler conditions and occasional drizzles, light to at times moderate rain showers across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, AND THE COASTAL AREAS OF ILOCOS NORTE.

NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will bring clear to cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with isolated to scattered rain showers or possible thunderstorms across NORTHERN AND EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN QUEZON, NORTHERN MINDORO, BICOL REGION, NORTHERN AND WESTERN VISAYAS, PALAWAN, AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will remain clear to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
