NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will continue to bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with isolated to scattered rain showers or possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, EASTERN AND SOUTHERN LUZON; METRO MANILA, MINDORO, MARINDUQUE, ROMBLON, BICOL REGION, AND NORTHERN VISAYAS.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will remain clear to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
