Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) approaching EXTREME NORTHERN AND NORTHEASTERN LUZON. Partly to mostly cloudy skies with passing occasional rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected over the areas. Winds will be fresh to strong breeze (35 to 50 kph) with moderate to rough seas (2 to 4 meters), making it risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, fresh breeze with passing isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across BICOL REGION AND QUEZON.
TROUGH of a WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) will still bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO.
Elsewhere, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in during the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
