TROUGH of a WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND PALAWAN including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, fresh breeze with passing isolated rain showers across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, AND THE NORTHERN PART OF ILOCOS NORTE.
Elsewhere, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in during the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
