TROUGH of TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 91W will bring mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

Meanwhile, EASTERLIES AND NORTHEASTERLIES (Easterly and Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with passing isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES and BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP; THE COASTAL AREAS OF NORTHERN QUEZON, EASTERN BICOL, EASTERN VISAYAS, AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms developing later.
