EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES and BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS.

NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies, fresh breeze with isolated to scattered passing rain showers or thunderstorms across QUEZON, BICOL REGION, ROMBLON, VISAYAS, NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO, and SULU ARCHIPELAGO.

Meanwhile, the eastern portion of a SURFACE TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across SOUTHERN PALAWAN and the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms developing later.
