An approaching SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN VISAYAS AND BICOL REGION.

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear conditions to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
