Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) blowing across EXTREME NORTHERN AND NORTHEASTERN LUZON, where partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to at times moderate scattered to occasional rain showers and possible thunderstorms will be expected.
Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with light to moderate isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
