NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON. Fresh breeze to Strong breeze of 35 to 40 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in afternoon or evening.
