NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) is bringing cool and breezy wind conditions and some cloud cover with occasional light to moderate rain showers or thunderstorms over the BICOL REGION; MIMAROPA, VISAYAS & NORTHERN MINDANAO. The seas will be moderate to rough (1.5 m to 4.0 m) and is deemed treacherous for small to medium sea crafts to navigate on.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
