Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) blowing across EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, QUEZON, VISAYAS including DINAGAT and SIARGAO ISLANDS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, and EASTERN PALAWAN. Cooler conditions with mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with occasional isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected. Fresh breeze to near-gale winds of 35 to 65 kph will blow making the seas rough to very rough and risky for both small and medium-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to mostly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
