Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) blowing across EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; EASTERN SECTIONS OF CALABARZON. Cooler conditions with mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with occasional isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected. Fresh breeze to near-gale winds of 35 to 60 kph will blow making the seas rough to very rough and risky for both small and medium-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES is affecting EASTERN VISAYAS & NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO, where partly to mostly cloudy skies with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing later.
