Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across SAMAR PROVINCES.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas.

*There are no developing Tropical Disturbances (LPAs) across the Western Pacific Ocean and the Philippine Sea at this time.
