WeatherPhilippines Daily Graphical Satellite Analysis from 12pm Mar 14 until 12pm Mar 15, 2019

NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, slightly cooler conditions with scattered and widespread rain showers or thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN AND NORTHERN LUZON AND THE EASTERN SECTIONS OF CENTRAL LUZON. Fresh breeze to near-gale winds of 35 to 50 km/hr will blow, making the seas moderate to rough (2 to 4 meters) and risky for small and medium-type sea vessels.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas.
